What a wonderful couple we met Phil and Lara; they are so nice with their big smile welcoming us to see their venue when we met them for the 1st time after we did the long communication by email only. Like what we have guessed before, they are so lovely couple!!!
The BIG day was welcoming by a nice weather (even the sky was quite dark). Bali always is a wedding destination with its sun’s smiling when we start a new day. As the bridal requested to have a simple and minimalist decoration, we tried to do the best we can!! With the lampion lights we made their wedding could be the romantic one for a wedding ever. The ocean view and a top hill venue make the love ambience so amazing. A fireworks performance successful made a big surprise to the 50 guest who attended their party because this is a surprise present from Phil (the groom) to the beautiful lady in that night, the bride Lara.
When the party is over, we say good bye to the bride and groom, and they said: “ Thank you very much and do appreciate for all you’ve done, and we will tell to all our friends, if they need wedding Organizer, we will recommend them to find you. Thank you!” with big smile and satisfying face and give us two thumbs up. Horeeey!!
However, this wedding is so impressive for us and of course the bridal and family (because we could not account again how many times they say thank you to us!))
Well, we only want to say…CONGRATULATION… to Phil and Lara…

Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK), this venue is very big with capacity for 5000 people . For this wedding event total invitation is 1000 pieces with estimation people coming on the reception around 2000 people, and can you guess it that total people who come to this wedding reception is more than we expected! It’s around 3000 people! All table for 1500 guests is full and chair for 500 and include reserve seats around 500 also full with guests and also there are still have people standing around reception area and fulfill corridor that prepared for the buffet area.
For the preparation night before the day is so thrilling, because in the morning around 3 am, it’s a hard rain flushed the reception area in GWK, and all tables and chairs is already setting without any cover on it. We just can pray that time and ask miracle from God to give a strong sunshine after the rain, and THANKS GOD! at 8 pm we got sunshine until 4 pm, 2 hours before wedding reception started and all table and chairs that wet coz rain in the morning, all dried by the sun! 
6 pm already, we start ceremonial program, and all going smooth and nice, and Thanks God again, no rains until wedding reception finish around 12 pm, the client so satisfy about all things especially for the decoration and they ask some flower arrangement in the VIP table and bring it to their home, coz they really like it.
